America Ferrera Moving On Up

Ugly Betty may have been cancelled but that is not stopping Emmy winner America Ferrera…with two movies set for 2010, there is no sign of slowing down for Betty Suarez. The final episode of Betty will air on April 14th – yup, ABC didn’t even give it a chance to run through May, the end of the regular TV season. America’s next movie Our Family Wedding is set to come out in March and it looks very very funny. She also recently attended the Sundance Festival to present her other film The Dry Land, a drama revolving around the Iraq war. Although her TV career has been put on hold it seems her movie career has no sign of stopping.
